Guidelines for a Seamless Exchange:
Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for an exchange.
Processing: Once received, our team typically processes your request within 3 to 5 working days.
Shipping Logistics: While original delivery charges are non-refundable, and return shipping for "change of mind" is handled by the customer, we handle all costs if an item arrives damaged.
Damaged Items: Your peace of mind is our priority. If your order arrives with any damage, please notify us immediately via WhatsApp with a photo, and we will arrange a complimentary replacement.
